Now, is anyone else absolutely buzzing from post-US Olympic marathon trials excitement?

I'm so excited to share some stories from runners and spectators alike who were in Atlanta for the trials.

And of course, I needed to bring back Veronica Jackson and Alex Bernardi to hear about their amazing races.

Alex and Veronica were just on the show. You remember the amazing running buddies who inspired each other to qualify for the trials and along the way they became the best fastest versions of themselves.

Oh, I love these women.

Well, they both had the races of their dreams at the trials.

Alex ran a personal best and Veronica was the 60th third woman across the line that day.

Pretty darn impressive and they both had an absolute blast out there.

I'm so happy they both had the days they had and their energy out there was palpable.

I cried every time I saw each of them on the course and I cried recording this episode.
