It was a tremendous honor and privilege to host a live show at the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials Expo in Atlanta, GA, with five former Ali on the Run Show guests and Trials runners: Sarah Cummings, Kaitlin Goodman, Amanda Nurse, Ladia Albertson-Junkans, and Jenny Donnelly. This was an inspiring, uplifting, at times emotional conversation about goals, the running community, choices and sacrifices, and each woman's "why."

0:27.9	to not cry during this episode intro. Being in Atlanta for the US Olympic Marathon Trials was a
0:35.2	life-changing experience for me. There was so much inspiration, so much magic, so much friendship,
0:42.5	and for me, one of the greatest highlights honors and privileges was getting to host a live
0:47.6	recording of The Alley on the Run Show in front of an audience at the America's Marathon Weekend
0:52.8	Experience, also known as the Expo. I was truly humbled when I was asked to be an official part
0:59.2	of the weekend, and I got to pick my own lineup, so I immediately knew what conversation I wanted
1:05.6	to have. I wanted to invite five previous Allie on the Run Show guests to share the stage,
1:12.2	to talk about what it meant to them to be at the Trials. And I was again humbled when all five
1:17.2	women I asked said yes, agreeing to be a part of the show the day before they would run in the Trials.
1:22.6	How cool and kind is that? So, Tassera Cummings, Caitlin Goodman, Amanda Nurse,
1:29.6	Latia Albertson-Junkins, Jenny Donnelly, thank you. Not just for saying yes and for showing up,
1:36.2	but also for sharing so much with us. You're about to hear the conversation, but there was this one
1:41.7	magical moment that I can't get out of my head. At one point, which you'll hear, Latia was talking
1:48.1	about her best friend, Gabe Greenwald's passing last year, and she started to get emotional.
1:53.2	We all did. I am right now. Latia's voice started to shake a bit, and she paused, and both Amanda
