You're gonna, different people are gonna thrive different ways. So just pick what works for you.

That'd be like my advice for a new mom and just go with it. And if someone says you have to do it

this way, it's just like, well, it doesn't work for me. I'm not doing it that way. You know,

you just get through the newborn stage. However, you best get through it and your baby is gonna be great.

You just, you find out what works for you and that's what makes an eighth baby or a fifth baby

so much easier than a first. I didn't have my stride yet. I didn't have confidence in this is how

you do things. I thought we probably were ruining her if we weren't doing it this certain way. And

now I know there's, you just cannot mess it up. Like, you can do it. However, and you can fix those

habits later and it's no problem.

like every person there's like, okay, we know my niche, we know my niche. Okay, so I have a podcast
