0:52.0	Okay, Dominic, thanks so much for sending your question.
0:56.0	And I'm going to read through your email a little bit here.
0:59.0	Dominic said that about three months ago he had a panic attack from a high heart rate which
1:04.4	really scared him and ever since then he hasn't been the same it says he got his
1:09.7	heart checked and it came back normal so that was good and it made him not worry about his
1:15.3	heart but it did make him think of every other pain that he gets and he feels like
1:21.2	he is constantly living with feeling the pains and he worries.
1:26.0	And he thinks he might have depression, which really scares him.
1:31.0	This is affecting his time with his family, his wife, and his two-year-old and he says he just can't find happiness.
1:39.0	The question is, is anxiety and depression the same thing because I sit sometimes and feel really depressed and I worry that it is depression.

1:56.0	glad that you brought this up because people talk about this quite often, right?
2:02.0	They're asking about, you know, is this depression, is this
2:08.8	anxiety, they want to know the difference, what is the difference? Is there a difference, right? There's
2:14.8	a lot of questions that come up because they are often treated medically the same.
