still have a full-time job, especially for her because she does need the health insurance,

work a few hours during the day or just take more time off during the year.

Scott, I'm so excited to talk to Zack today. His situation is already advantageous. He and his

wife make a very good salary, and they have a rental property in another state. They have their own

home that they Airbnb in the basement, so a bit of a twist on the house hack. And they seem to

be doing really, really well. They do have a rather large expense coming up in the form of

in vitro fertilization treatments in the next couple of years. And that is something that

we haven't discussed on the show before. So that was really interesting to talk about. And then

there was a nice bit of discussion over should he buy locally versus should he buy more real estate

in the Midwest where it's a lower price to a lower cost of entry. So I think this was a super

fun episode. And I hope that a lot of people get a lot out of it. Yeah, I thought it was a great

episode. And I think he's got a really interesting approach and a really strong position from which to

attack the next phase of his financial journey from. He has a lot of different options. And what I

really like about his strategy is he's thinking about different things. He's thinking outside the box,
