I'm your host, Allie Jackson, and I just have to start this week off by thanking you all so much for your feedback on my first

solo episode, reintroducing Allie Part 1 and today is Part 2. It just, I mean, like you all know,

I was so nervous to record by myself. And it was easier than I thought it was going to be, but it was very nerve-wracking.

Once I got going, at least it was easier than I thought it was going to be. And I just can't thank you all enough for how well you received it, how kindly you received it. And just all of the amazing feedback, I appreciate it more than you know. And I'm even more

nervous, I think, for this part two, because the stuff I'm going to be talking about today happened

so much more recently. And although last week, obviously, I opened up about a lot of pretty heavy

stuff, it's, I'm pretty far away from it at this point. And a lot of the things I'm

going to be talking about this week are recent, you know, in the last few years. So it's a little bit
