0:21.7	All right. We're back, and today we're going to be talking about unanswered prayers.
0:27.1	So we all have unanswered prayers. And if you have been struggling with things that you've
0:32.1	prayed for, maybe for a long period of time, or maybe it's something new. Maybe it was something you actually
0:38.5	just expected to come to pass by a certain time period, and it didn't come to pass, and you're
0:44.4	feeling the disappointment of that. You're feeling the reality of unanswered prayers. Now, that
0:50.3	doesn't mean that these prayers can't be answered in time. Maybe it just didn't come in the schedule that you expected, or it's a prayer that you really,
0:59.3	really fought for and truly believed for, such as your child is sick and you pray for healing
1:06.0	and that healing doesn't happen or you pray for healing for someone.
1:09.6	And instead of them being healed the way
1:11.7	expected them to be healed they passed away and this can leave people feeling very discouraged
1:17.7	very disappointed and disconnected from God and that's ultimately what the enemy really wants when
1:22.9	this happens so we're going to talk about unanswered prayers and how to stay empowered through
1:27.4	unanswered prayers and stay to stay empowered through unanswered
1:28.2	prayers and stay very connected to God through that experience because it's something that we all
1:33.1	encounter. And there are things we're not going to understand. There are timelines we're not going to
1:37.5	understand and there are things that come to pass that we don't understand. So one thing that has
1:42.4	helped me in unanswered prayers is thinking about the cross.
1:47.3	So when Jesus went to the cross, it didn't matter what anybody prayed, oh, please God,
1:53.0	don't let Jesus have to go to the cross. Don't let this happen. Don't let him die on the cross.
