Hi, Ann. We're finally back together on the couch. I love when we start these episodes because we've usually been sitting here for a second trying to just.

Trying to get the whole setup to work. You guys have no idea.

We're just not. Tech people. To get the tech to work. you guys have no idea how hard it is sometimes to get the tech

to work and then we have to call tom down and then all tech breaks loose we're texting people we're trying

to face time tom just wants to be paid for this and he finally said am i going to get ten dollars for this

we're like yes you will just go upstairs please we're

trying to do it but then we start and it's like and it's great yeah we're happy you're here today

we're talking about communication in relationships we're going to lay down i think about four

practices four or five practices that i think will help you build better relationships.

And I will say both with yourself and other people, I think it's really good to learn how to tell the truth to yourself too.

Yes. We'll talk about that. We're really excited to be back and we're so glad you are here.
