Welcome back to our first off season episode.

Cody it feels like we haven't spoken in about two or three months.

I hope you've enjoyed the summer break that were on now that the fine you remember the

finals remember the NBA finals when they were going on between the Denver Nuggets

in the Miami Heat that's in the rearview and now I realized this year it just hit me maybe I'm saying

the most obvious thing ever to NBA fans I realize the brilliance of the

NBA calendar yes I would like the season to be shorter and they could start it later in the year.

But Cody, this stretch run at the end of the year, man,

where we get the playoffs, building up to the finals, crowning a champion.

Then you go right into the draft, which we're going to talk about today.

We're going to talk about some historical draft stuff.

Then you get free agency. We already got the trades coming in. Then you punctuate it with a little

a little palette wetter in Vegas. The, but what's your appetite?

With an age, you know, what's the appetite,

gets you ready for the full off seat.

It's really quite a stretch these couple months the fever pitch of interest so I'm excited I'm excited to talk about some draft stuff today

Yeah, you don't want to H-less wet your your appetite, because I feel like if you're really hungry, the more things you start like drinking, the less hungry you become.

Until sometimes you're like too thirsty where you have to drink first before you get some good food down.

Here's the brilliance of the NBA schedule then is I feel like the

NBA I don't know other sports so maybe other fandoms are kind of like this but it feels like

there's a lot of people that are like the X person, right?
