I am currently at the Seagate Hotel in Appledore in North Devon, because there is an Apple Door in Kent, which many people may not know.

And it was, shall we say, a brilliant experience. The organisers had just gone to every length to make sure it worked.

So I was interviewed about my book by the editor of Devon Life and beamed onto this massive huge video screen and people were sitting in their cars listening to it on an FM frequency via their car radio.

Actually, it was such a lovely day that most people, most people were sitting outside their car?

Can I just be clear about this?

Were they actually listening to you or were they eating popcorn and trying to cop off with each other?

It was, shall we say, not the youngest of audiences, but...

You can still cop off with people when you get a bit older, you know?
