results oh now and just that one just fires me up. Every time I hear it, every time I see

it, you know, a lot of times I don't revisit quotes very often, but when I see it come across, you know, my desk or, you know, my laptop or whatever it is, I'm like, man, this one's good. And I just think, you know, a lot of people can relate to this, you know, whether, you know, you're in a relationship or you're on a weight loss journey or strength gain journey. And a lot of times

people just think that and a lot of times you do have to do same things over and over. But like in order to see change, you've got to make change. Right. If you're someone who's been, you know, especially through COVID, gaining lots of weight and you've just been eating and not moving and stuff.

Like, you know, you can't really expect to see, you know, different results if you're just going to continue to do that. You've got to start on your fitness journey. You've got to make a change. And, you know, change can start as soon as right now or today. You know, you don't have to wait for the next couple weeks. So I always say when people want to jump on board with something or start a journey,

and failed or had to hire multiple fitness coaches you know it's kind of ridiculous to think oh this will

be different this will be different right you need an actual change or something big to happen and you know, it's kind of ridiculous to think, oh, this will be different, this will be different, right? You need an actual change or something big to happen. And, you know, that's why our promise to everyone we train is that we will be the last fitness professional you ever need to hire the last coach because, you know, once again, we want to help people escape this path of, you know, trying and failing because we believe it shouldn't be something you should fail in because, as we all know, you know, when you really commit yourself and there's nothing that makes me more sad, then when someone pays a bunch of money for a trainer that doesn't know what they're doing or a system or coaching and they don't see the results they deserve because, you know, if you're putting your all out there and you're committed and you're not seeing results, you know, it can be really tough. So, you know, that's where we like to come in and help people. And, you know, the same goes with

anything in life. If you're committed and you're not seeing results you know it can be really tough so you know that's where we like to come in and help people and you know the same goes with anything in life if you're you know making the same mistakes on expecting to see different results you need to think how you can change that up so i think that could be applied a lot of ways but really hit me in terms of dieting yeah no yeah it's just like, it's something that we, we often need to think about.

And, you know, a lot of times I just, I get stuck in my own ways and I realize, man, if I actually want to, like, just make this change or just do better and even like for powerlifting and try to get stronger or get faster, like I can't really do the same stuff that I've been doing over and over.

And yeah, that really hit me because, you know, I think even going off of what I said last week, you know, so many of us put precedents on the future, you know, once this, then I'll be happier. I can do this or, oh, I'll be doing this exciting thing thing on this day you know but truthfully every day you have you have to take advantage of and even on Instagram even though I'm rarely on there I went on there and I saw jocco Willink you know the Navy SEAL dude posting a talk about how his daughter saw a photo of him when he had hair or something and she she said, you know, doesn't it make you sad?
