So when she sees a property, she would go in there, she already know the pretty much the roughly rehab costs.

She will give me the complete statistic of the property, the, you know, the comp, the rental comp.

So from that, I just basically leverage you from her network.

I got to know the lenders and her set of contractors, closing lawyers. So I basically

This is an interview with Ray Tzau.

He is a student in my course Real Estate Deal School.

He was in fall of 2020.

It was when he took the course.

And so I'm recording this in February almost of 2022.

And so we're looking back over the steps he took and the progress

he made to buy those six properties and starting from scratch. So this is one of the most fun
