the changes in the market, the dynamics that are making it difficult to cash flow properties.

I know that's the problem.

And I've been in the weeds with a lot of people buying properties.

And I found some mistakes that people are making that you can overcome.

They're not things that are insurmountable, but they're common enough that I wanted to share them with you. I want to unpack them today, explain some examples.
