0:16.4	Every year I come up with a list where I share various tips for that year.
0:21.6	I tweak it each year, and this year, 2023, I came up with these tips, and it starts with
0:29.0	number one, stay positive.
0:32.0	That's actually always the one that's always in there.
0:35.0	We have to stay positive because you can listen to the cynics and dadders and believe
0:40.2	that success is impossible, where you can trust that with faith and an optimistic attitude.

0:49.4	Number two, take a daily thank you on.
0:52.8	This is what changed my life so many years ago.
0:55.5	I started taking this walk of gratitude every day.
1:00.3	My wife was about to leave me.
1:02.4	She was so unhappy with my negative attitude because I was so miserable.
1:07.5	So she's about to leave.
1:08.9	She threatens to leave.
1:10.2	I have to change.
1:11.7	And so I start researching ways that can be more positive.
1:14.9	And I read that you can't be stressed and thankful at the same time.
1:19.8	If you're feeling blessed, you won't feel stressed.
1:21.8	So I start doing this walk every single day.
