Tina Swithin is a mother, author, speaker, and victim advocate in the family court arena.

Her blog won mom's battle, as well as her online platforms and groups, offer support for

those going through divorces or custody battles to hundreds of thousands

of people each month. Her journey in the family court system began at her own birth, then continued

after escaping her abusive marriage. She uses her experience and ever-growing expertise

to enact social and legal change in the family court landscape.

If my high school writing teacher would know that I've written books, he's deceased. He'd probably be rolling over right now going,

what? I didn't love school. I didn't have these big dreams about going away to college. I have

been an entrepreneur since I was very young. And I think that would be the first word people in my

family would think when describing me.

The first 35 years of my life, I say that I walked around whispering, feeling very insecure.
