Something I've never directly addressed on the show is the fallacy of boys will be boys.

What do you guys think? Is there ever a situation where the fact that a child was just playing around outweighs the fact that someone died?

Nah, I didn't think so either.

On this episode, we'll catch up on a case that is about to go to

sentencing and then we will revisit several similar shocking cases from the past.

It's episode 21, stoned. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, It seemed like any other Wednesday night for two friends and coworkers car pulling home from their construction project outside Flint, Michigan.

Steve Amthor and Kenny White, a 32-year-old father of four, had about 10 minutes left to go of their two-hour commute

when tragedy met them on the highway.

Jim Schultz of Ann Arbor was traveling at 70 miles per hour down I 75 just ahead of them,

approaching the Dodge Road overpass, minding his own business when he saw an

object come over the north side of the bridge. It landed to the left of his Mazda 3. As he traveled

under the bridge, he observed a second object, this time thrown over the

south side. It struck the side of his vehicle and bounced off. He ran it over and dragged it as he exited the interstate at Mount Morris Road and called 911.

He met the responding officer at a nearby gas station where they noted the 10 inch by 10 inch rock just

under the size of a basketball that had caused fluids to spill out beneath this

car. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office responded at 832 p.m. the call had come in for an unknown accident but what

they found was a purposeful nightmare. Once officers inspected the Mazda

they headed to the southbound lanes of I-75 to investigate.

All of the local overpasses, plus one in Saginaw, had had reports over the previous month alone of debris being hurled purposely into traffic.
