This week's topic discusses relaxation and ways in which we switch off, and we answer a few questions from the audience.

You've got a lovely crowd. Should we crack on? Should we go dive straight in? Because I feel like we waffle a lot. We do waffle a lot, and we've got a strict time limit this week. So I've not put a timer on. I thought that would be too stressful.

0:56.2	The only timer I need is for Love Island. Okay. Oh, yeah. Oh, I need to get my timer ready. Right. How have you been this week anyway? What you're going to? Like, we don't know. Well, you know, I've been a holiday. Really? I went on holiday like I was talking about.
1:11.3	I went to Meccanoss for the first time.
1:13.3	How was it?
1:14.3	It does paint the picture of like glow sticks. Does it? Yeah, Mikonoth to me. Is anyone else about it? Is that not what anybody else thinks of Mikonos? Paint me a nice picture. I was thinking more Mamma Mia over glow sticks. Oh, I didn't like Mamma Mia. Which, on paper, I should like Mamma Mia because I like Abbott, Meryl Street, Colin Firth. I don't know why I didn't like it. Okay, well, that's fine. We'll get back to that another day. I mean, it's not fine. But, no, it was beautiful. Food was amazing.
1:44.8	We stayed a little bit, I think near Ornos Beach, which isn't quite the centre.
