So a most recent theme for me that's been repeated is like a month ago, I was at a conference

for fitness professionals and fitness business owners

for, and I was there because I own a gym here in Seattle. So I went down to this event in

California. There was 800 personal trainers and other fitness professionals there. Big huge event.

And then last week, I was at an event here in Seattle for women, 35 women entrepreneurs.

Okay, so two very different groups of people,

right? The group in California was like young males, the group here in Seattle, much smaller group,

more middle-agedish females, business entrepreneur, badass kinds of women, super cool groups in both situations. And the quote that

kept coming up in both groups was how you do anything is how you do everything. And it's funny
