Happy Friday, everyone.

What a glorious day it is to get to be alive, to get to wake up today.

I hope that you're happy that it's Friday.

And I hope that you have beautiful plans for this weekend of life.

Plans to just savor and enjoy the blessings that God has given you, even when life is not perfect.

I'm assuming where you're at right now, life isn't quite perfect. There's some things that

you're wishing were different, things that you're waiting on, things that you're uncertain about,

things you wish you could change, but they're not changing yet. But this weekend is an

invitation to just live right where you're at and see God's blessings and savor them,

enjoy your life in real time. I hope you do that. Okay, for today's devotional, we are

continuing just a deep dive on the fullness of what Jesus did for us on the cross.

What happened on the cross, what happened after Jesus' death and his resurrection, what it means to us today.

The beautiful thing about what we're going to look at today is it perfectly

collides with our study of Exodus. Remember over the last several weeks, before we paused

everything to focus on Easter, we've been studying Exodus. Well, who knew that Jesus hanging on the cross all these years later would perfectly connect

with our study of Exodus of the Israelites in the wilderness?
