since i uh got out of the water at louisville yeah much straight yeah it's uh i know it's been in

the 60s some but i mean we've had frost and uh i got up and ran this morning and it was in

I mean, I enjoy, I mean, fall and winter running is actually like my favorite time of year to run, just because it's not sweltering death, which is summer.
