Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Life can be rather interesting.

0:15.0

Things can be going quite well and then all of a sudden something happens and we say,

0:20.0

oh my goodness, what am I to do with this?

0:23.6

Actually, we probably don't say it quite that nicely.

0:26.3

We probably use expletives and get pretty upset.

1:38.2

But the question is, are we any different?

1:41.8

I mean, we have our plans, life is going as we expect, then all of a

1:46.7
