Hello everyone and welcome back to Do We Know Them? Episode 208, our first episode of the new year.

We are in 2025. How is that possible? I don't know. All the numbers just sound very large at this point and I've kind of zoned out about it.

I just saw a video where someone was interviewing people on the street. It was like they were interviewing like younger people.

They were like, what year did you have to be born in to be to like, was interviewing people on the street. It was like they were interviewing like younger people.

They were like, what year did you have to be born in to be to like be considered old?

No, what they say? 2000. 2000 to be considered old? Yeah. Jesus. What is it? That's only 24. I was like,

for 25. Oh, well, what about 1990? In my brain, that's not as long ago as it actually is like I'm just like oh this is 20 years ago yeah I always realize when people are showing like vintage items

and they're like this is vintage from 1999 and I'm like that's not vintage that's when I was like

seven years old can't be vintage the difference is also I, there was such a drastic change in like how things were made and like technology and stuff from like when our parents were younger to now that like the vintage stuff to us looks really old because it's like just like from a different time.

Yeah.

I feel like stuff from like the late 90s to the 2000s,

it's like, yeah, it looks older like you could tell, but it doesn't look like vintage because

it still seems like it's the same kind of like. Yeah, I don't know. I guess we're old,

but that wasn't the point. It was to wish you a new year. Anyway, happy 2020. Whatever that is. I know that 2024, and I feel like every year, it's kind of rough for some people out there.

So if last year was rough on you, I hope 2025 is better.

And if it was a great year last year, I hope this year is just as great.

And I think we're going to slay really hard.

I don't know.

I mean, 2024 was the best year I had had in a while. I feel like from 2019 to 2024 was like a rough patch. Yeah. Oh, that's a long rough patch. But no, yeah.

You know, well, you know, those TikToks where it's like someone sitting, it's like,

first it shows them on the couch and the caption says like 2019. And it's like them with

friends are like hanging out and they're all happy. and then all of a sudden it cuts really hard to 2020 through 2024 and it's just them being like like zoned out like it's so by your side
