Oh my goodness. You know, 2023. Let's, let's just say it's call it a wrap. It's, I was thinking this

morning, because I was like really feeling the Casper Terquil episode.

That's been on my mind a lot lately around rituals and how important that is and how Scott

and I have these little rituals that we do every year for Christmas around.

Or like, it's just, it's silly.

It's like silly stuff stuff but it's cute

it's like for our little family of like what we do and say around putting up the Christmas

tree and I'm like that is our ritual because sometimes I feel like I don't have any I'm like

no I do I think I really need to pay attention to that more and even like when we were doing

for a while we were on this

routine of doing the 5K, it was like the New Year's Eve 5K at Wash Park, how fun that was to like,

it was fun and miserable at the same time, but like just really fun to have to be around a group

of all ages of people running a race and excited for the new year. Then we would like jump in the car. We would literally like jump in the car, stay warm, jump out of the car, run the 5K, jump back in the car because it's like really cool. It's really cool on New Year's Eve. And then we'd go shower and then have dinner. And I'm like, we haven't done that a long time.

Not that we are gung-ho about running a 5K every New Year's Eve,

but it was just like the ritual of it was really fun.

Yeah, it gave you like a little something.

Something that's like our routine.

And I remember when you would do that.

So whether or not that is the thing that we do,

I'm like, I really want to be more intentional

around recognizing those rituals and how important that is for us.
