1:02.7	Thank you. Today, we're going to continue our journey through the eightfold path. And I'm excited to continue exploring each aspect of the eightfold path with you.
1:17.8	As you recall over the past few weeks, we've been unpacking these one by one. We started with
1:24.7	right view, how we see the world, recognizing that in a way,
1:29.8	we're all wearing different tinted glasses, experiencing reality from our own unique vantage points.
1:36.2	And then we talked a little bit about right intention and how we choose to relate to what we see
1:41.8	and understanding that our intentions are like seeds that
1:46.4	determine what grows in our lives. And then we talked about wisdom in general and recognizing
1:55.1	that true wisdom isn't about having all the answers. It's about learning to trust our own inner voice, our own
2:02.5	inner teacher, while at the same time remaining open to guidance, the guidance we receive
2:08.8	from others on the path. And how together right view and right wisdom, or sorry, right view
