Hi friend, I hope you're having a wonderful fall so far. I know from my garden, garlic is the last

thing that I plant before I pretty much take a break for the winter. Of course, I do have crops

in the garden that grow all winter long, but as far as the actual planting and doing some

heavy-duty garden work, garlic caps off the season for me.

As you've probably heard me say before, I recommend beginners grow garlic.

In fact, if you're a first-time gardener and maybe this was your first year,

definitely make room for garlic if you haven't already.

The reason I love to recommend garlic especially to beginners is for me garlic is the easiest

crop that I grow, the most hands-off crop that I grow, and the most enjoyable crop, especially

in the late winter and the early spring. So if it's the easiest crop that I grow, then why would

wrong with garlic? Because the truth is, most of us, when we plant garlic, we're going to get a

harvest. But here's the thing. There are some things that you can do to ensure a good harvest,

and not only a good harvest, but a fantastic harvest. And so today we're going to be

talking about some of these little things that you may overlook. And unlike other crops, most of

these things that can go wrong are not going to devastate your garlic harvest. But still,

you want to do everything you can to ensure the best harvest possible. So on this episode, let's explore what can go wrong with garlic.
