Hey, Henry, I'm so excited about being on your program today. Thanks for having

me. Oh, yes, my pleasure. Great to have you back. It's going to be a good conversation, a actionable

conversation, which are the type we'd like. But for those of you who may not recall, because it's

been a while, Diane is a certified tax coach, accountant, business coach, and an author. Her expertise lies in the area of tax planning. And her goal, as she states it, is to make sure successful entrepreneurs across the U.S. are paying the least amount of income tax that they can legally pay. I think that that needs to be as a

business owner, something that we mitigate, that we focus on. We want to pay our legal share,

but we don't want to overpay. Nobody does. As a tax coach, she offers a free tax analysis,

and we'll come back to that for those interested in finding out if they are overpaying for
