I mean, I was excited about the Elon Musk takeover, even before I got back.

I was just thrilled at witnessing the meltdown online.

I was really enjoying the panicking and the flouncing, like, we'll have to start a new

social media platform.

It's like good luck.

Like, we tried that so hard for the past four years.

I mean, so many of these people on Twitter, the blue text, as you called them, you

know, they would be complete unknowns, if not for Twitter.

It's been a long time since you and I last spoke and I feel like a lot has happened.

Most notably, I think, you're returned to Twitter.

I find this story fascinating from beginning to end and I would like to talk about it for

a little bit.

So you, many listeners will know that you were one of the first feminists to be thrown

off Twitter to be banished from that social media platform for the speech crime of misgendering

someone, ie, you used male pronouns to refer to a male person who fantasises that he's

actually a woman and your case became a bit of a cause celeb amongst certain free speech

activists and particularly amongst feminists who want the right to talk about biological

sex.
