can, to go above and beyond. He's also going to talk about becoming excellent at your skill.

Like, develop a skill. When you have skills, you can never be broke because there's always

people to help with this craft that you've developed. I was, you know, I have a niece. She's in

college. And every couple weeks, I'll take her to Trader Joe's. And, you know, we talk on the way

and while we're there. And the last time I took her, we were talking about her job.

And she just got a job at the mall like two months ago.

And I was like, how's your job going?

And she says, it's going really well.

But we're getting new management.

And like word on the street is that some of us are going to get laid off.

And I said, hey, do you know how you make

sure you never get laid off? She said what? I said, you do more than you're paid to do.

That's it. You get there early, you stay a little late. They give you something to do. You do it.

And as soon as you're done, you're like, okay, what can I do next? Like, you just do more than you're paid to do. You do it. As soon as you're done, you're like, okay, what can I do next?

Like, you just do more than you're paid to do.

You go the extra mile.

We've talked about this before.

Most people are not willing to go the extra mile.

They only want to do what's in their job description.

That's not in my job description.
