Molly started her career working for a US Senator, Paul Wellstone, and at 28 years old she had a 6th sense feeling that she should leave. A week later after she left and opened her first retail business, he called to congratulate her from an airport alongside her former co-workers and his wife. An hour after the call everyone she spoke to was killed in a plane crash. That moment was traumatic to say the least and in her grief she put her head down and started building her business empire. She bought an abandoned JC Penny building and started selling products out of it. 2 years later she had the most profitable and largest Hallmark Gold Crown store in the US. At 38, Molly sold that store to two women who worked for her and pivoted and started her own bread company. 10 years later Molly's molly&you gourmet food mixes expanded across the world and in thousands of stores. Now 5 years later, Molly just launched a new company Lacsnac to help women who are having issues lactating. Her new company creates lactation-enhancing foods that are GMO-Free, Vegan, Gluten Free etc., and is now a go-to product for women everywhere!
