All right, achieve your goals, podcast listeners. This is your host Hal Elrod and I am both

over the moon to be talking to you today

and I'm a little bit nervous.

And that is because if you are a loyal longtime

listener to The Achiever Girls Podcast,

this is actually my first episode

that I am recording in over a year since being diagnosed with a very rare

aggressive deadly form of cancer which I if you've been watching me on or

following me on Facebook I just announced we got official news

to we being my wife and I night before last

that I'm officially in what's known as n rd no residual, which is 0% cancer that they can detect and that's the first time ever that they've, the tests have come back with 0%.

So big celebration, lots of tears of joy have been happening in the Elrod house and

around the Elrod family the last couple of days. They're very emotional. Thank you

for your love and support and comments and prayers and everything all of it it means more to me than I can express and thank you I love you

I appreciate you being a listener of the podcast and again this is my first ever and I appeared on a couple episodes the past year with

John Burghoff. John has been hosting and will continue to kind of co-host and

we'll kind of take turns interviewing guests and jumping on podcast episodes together and adding value in any way that we can.
