Today we're going to be looking at healing the anxiety of time. So let's get started. Let's talk about these

tips that Lana Suri Das has in the back of his book and I have been a big fan of his for many years and so I'm hoping that you will check out his book and his other things that he has both in hard copies and they're also on audio.

And so one of the things, we're just gonna dive right in,

is time is such an issue for so many people that it's probably a good thing that we dive

into it a little bit and talk about it because it's one of the things that we can control. We can control our time. We can

control our relationship with time and how we look at time. So just like we talked so many other, you know, in so many other

podcasts, it's our relationship to things and our perception. So time is something that

we really can look at a little bit differently and actually use in some of our practices for healing our anxiety.

Many people I talk to their anxiety comes up even more when they feel pressured right so let's

look at some ways that we can change this up a little bit and maybe not feel that pressure and therefore
