You know, there's 15 of these things. If you're someone that isn't doing all of them, that's totally okay. Like Josh said, just focus on one thing at a time. You don't have to implement every single thing, just, you know, one thing for every single week and you will become substantially better every single day. So number one is understanding the basics of building muscle. Now, this is super important. At the end of the day, you know, a lot of times I think people are so focused on becoming lean, becoming shredded. And I do believe, though, at some point in your fitness journey, you have to focus on building muscle, being in a calorie surplus, or at least doing a body recomposition where you're kind of more at maintenance, but you're still focused on building some good muscle. Unfortunately, if you're always cutting calories and you're always trying to eat less and burn more, that's going to be |
