No matter where you live, no matter who you live with, no matter what you do every day, there is one thing that you are constantly doing.

From the very first moment when you are fully awake in the morning to the last moments before you go to sleep, you do it.

You do it in the bedroom and in the hallway, in the kitchen, in the car,

in the store, in the factory, in the boardroom, in the family room. You do it with your spouse,

your children, your friends, your family, your neighbors, and your fellow workers.
