When there's a gap between who you say you want to be and who you actually are. A goal is never just a goal. A goal is a promise you made to yourself. And every time you break it, it gets easier to break the next one. The things you think become the things you do, become the things you get. And so there's a lot of times where we overfocus on the results we want, but we never change the underlying thoughts, so we don't get new actions.
