episode 204 with Lori Lee. Lori, the host and producer of the Love Your Story podcast, an

empowerment podcast focused on how we can lift ourselves and others to greater places because

of our control over our stories, found her love,

understanding, and appreciation for stories as she studied and researched the personal narrative

for her master's degree program in folklore at Utah State University. A professional writer for

the past 25 years, Lori has four books, over 100 published magazine articles, and she taught writing at Utah State

University. Lorry has been on Park City TV as a trails host, Studio 5 TV, and multiple

radio morning shows to share her expertise. She recently released an audio book, an e-book,

called The Key to Your Super Self, How Your Stories Un unlock your power. She is the mother of two amazing

sons, age 21 and 17. She recently walked her 21-year-old son through cancer and he is now thriving.

She's also a shameless single mom and she's the mama to a Yorkie named Rockstar. This was a really,

really fun conversation. You all know how much I love talking about stories and the power of changing your perspective around stories,

rewriting your endings to your stories, and really feeling like you have power over your stories

and their outcomes. And Lori really digs deep into a lot of these concepts and different ideas
