It's finally here. I have been beyond excited for this episode to air because I think it is such an important and crucial topic.

I have been coaching and personal training people since I was 20.

So I'm almost hitting my 20 year mark.

I started a long time ago.

And one of the number one things I've seen

as I've coached clients is that self-sabotage runs rampant. I've seen it in so many different facets

with my clients and I've also seen it even in myself which I'm going to

openly talk about in today's episode as well.

and how they made complete sense.

And it was slightly different than what I had seen covering this topic before.
