Well, today's episode is going to be a little bit different, but I think it's going to be really awesome.

Normally when I record the podcast, I do it a couple weeks ahead of time and make sure I have plenty of time to sit down and think through my topics and research them.

And the last couple of weeks have just been crazy,

So as I was trying to think of a topic to record,

I realized that I was really, really burnt out, trying to be present as a mom and be

a parent and trying to just get all of the tasks done that I needed to and my brain was just burnt out.

I just felt a little bit overwhelmed.

So as I thought about this, I remembered an episode I did a couple years back,

probably in 2021 with Asharina from psyched mommy where she talked about burnout and mom guilt.

So I went back myself and listened to it because even though I'm the one during the

interviews I learned from our guests all the time and I couldn't remember what we

okay this week to take a break from recording and kind of clear my mind and not

deepen my burnout even more but to kind of regroup and come back even stronger.
