Wade Lightheart is an author, an athlete, a nutritionist,

and an expert on fixing digestion.

He has a world of experience to share with us.

And so for the first half for part one which is today's

interview we discuss how to be healthy and maintain or even improve our health in

times when we are out of our regular routine like traveling or during the holiday season,

which is so appropriate because we're the holiday season is upon us.

But you know there's always times throughout the year when you might be traveling or when your regular

routine might be upset and so it's great to implement his teachings and he brings a world of

experience because he himself lived out of a suitcase and traveled for seven years

while maintaining and improving his health. So he's lots to share and he has wonderful stories.
