They say election anxiety is actually a thing.

Like that's a problem.

A lot of people are struggling with this.

It's just stressful. There's so much going on.

So I wanted to tackle this, just give some ideas

about how to be at peace.

Oh, this is good.

In a season where, yeah.

The first question is, I don't want to steal your thunder here at all.

No.

It really, it goes back to John Chapter 5, and this is for all of us, myself included,

when he goes up to the guy and says do you want to be made whole like do you want to do you want a walk to even do you even do you want peace right do you want peace because if not then, you know, you could listen to these going one air and

out the other, but you really do have to ask yourself, do I want peace?

So we're answering for you here.

Yes, you do. Yes, you here. Yes you do. But if you don't then none of this is going to help. That's a great

point. So it's a good place to start. We'll talk more about it coming up.

Maybe this is relevant for you or somebody you know, but I wanted to talk about election season, stress, and anxiety and actually being at peace.

So we'll be hitting on this theme quite a bit over the next few days but number one thing this is just

a reminder everything comes down to what you pay attention to in life who you're

paying attention to that's where your peace is going to come from if it's if it's from God if you're putting your mind on the things of him if you're being reminded about his goodness
