Summary

It feels like the summer of transitions. When it comes to pivots & new beginnings, there’s one common mistake I see people making (a habit I repeated for years). We’re talking about trying to do it all. Making lots of big plans and jumping in at full speed the very first week. It’s another way that perfectionist-based thinking creeps in & we might not even notice we’re doing it. If you’ve ever heard yourself saying “I was so busy and I got nothing done today” then this is definitely a strategy you need.

Thank you. ease, it's time to feel good. Well, hey, feel good, fam. I am so glad you're here. So I want to start with a little story. Several years ago, more than several, actually, I was in a master's degree program, and following that, I was in a doctoral
