20, the year before that, Hayden, you and I have gone through a dozen, if not more than that,

running back prospects in the 2026 NFL draft. I'm not even

sure if I can make a top 10 list this year. So we're going to do our best. We're going to come up

with top eight names at the position, definitely one headliner, but definitely some of our favorite

sleepers around there as well. Overall thoughts on this running back spot in the 2026 NFL draft. Not a good class at all. I'm not going to lead you guys to believe that it's any other way than that. I have a top eight here. I watched a couple other guys that I think are draftable, but they're not going to be like have a chance to be starters. So a couple of those guys. We did a video on like DeMond Claiborne, who,

uh, he's got a lot of juice in a straight line, did not, was not able to catch the ball enough from to crack my top eight. So he's kind of pigeonholed in like a mini Keaton Mitchell role. I watched Jam Miller, the Alabama kid. He's like one of the only like 21 year olds that are kind of available in day three, a bunch of these guys are like 25 years old.

the guy that actually did like watching did not make my list was caylin black out of indiana

really a small player uh but played bigger does a lot of the dirty works type of stuff. So I enjoyed him. I actually have Kaelin Black in my top eight. So we'll definitely discuss him. I do not think he's small. We'll get through that. You mentioned DeMond Claiborne. We have an individual video coming out here on the channel about him in a little bit. I mean, if you told me Mike McDaniel drafted him, I'd be excited. But as much as I

love his explosive play and playmaking juice, I just get really nervous for a guy at what the size

188 pounds. That's basically an absolute zero when it comes to the passing game. Eight drops,

poor pass pro. So if he's not out there even as like a passing down player, how can you even get him more than five, seven touches? Yeah. I agree. Totally agree with them. And then I brought up Jermari Taylor from Virginia. He does, I think, have some twinkle toes at the line of scrimmage. And our buddy Ryan Heath pointed this out. If you look

at backs that like are one of the best in terms of mistackles force and targets per route run at the

position as well, Jammari Taylor is up there with some studs at the running back spot. Unfortunately,

he's older and unfortunately he also was recorded at at a 46640 at his pro day.

So I thought despite being 200 pounds, he had some strength and pop to his game.

But the issue is when he breaks a tackle, it often doesn't go anywhere.

And I truly mean anywhere.

Like maybe it gets a yard or two and that's about it.

That was my exact note is he did have the little jitterbug feet, but he just doesn't go anywhere after he makes somebody miss because he does not have enough burst. So he's like laterally quick, but he does not have the start stop ability to actually finish forward. And yeah, I crossed him off. So those are our honorable mentions for our top eight. Just looking back though at last at last year's class, Hayden, um, common unangai was the 23rd running back
