Bonjour. This week we're giving you a very special episode. It's our 2026 what's going on in your world town hall. As we've grown our at a community, we've had so many good questions

that we just have not had time to get to. Some have been beauty, some have been life, some have been

opinion. So we wanted to give space for a full on better babes, what's going on in your world question

and answer sesh. It's town hall. That's what we're doing today. We got a lot to unpack,

a lot of questions to answer. We're so excited about it. We will still be doing our hot bitch of the week because it's our first hot bitch of the week of the year, which we will be doing. So stay tuned for that at the end. But before we get to all of that, just really quick, if you did not get a chance to get into Cass Holman's episode on Play. You guys, it reminds me, and I think we

about like the slow movement, like the slow living movement.

I think in 26, I think it's going to be kind of a weird year.

I think that we're going to have some continued discomfort.

And I think that in the face of that, as Brie Groff said in our episode on workplace culture,

a lot of our work and relationships, whether it's at home, at family, or in the workplace,

it can feel like shoveling shit.

There's a lot of work to be done.

And I think that is especially true in 2026.

And if we're not looking for joy and

looking to infuse play into that shoveling of shit, we're going to be a little bit sad. And I think

that's, and resentful. And I think we've all worked so hard to get to where we are in our lives.

And no matter where you are in your life, we've all worked so hard to be here. And if using an element of play, I think, can unlock so much in our lives.

And I'm trying to get into more of that in my life.

How can play unlock patterns and unlock compulsivities that I just am kind of tired of as I approach 40?
