goals episode. Sarah, we've been doing this for a while, haven't we? We have been doing this for a while.

It's become somewhat of a tradition to record these episodes, listen to them ourselves, and then

comment on them a year later. And in fact, I will just give my traditional disclaimer

that I've been given at least the past couple of years

that I'm not entirely ready to commit to my goals yet.
