Good afternoon, precaptans. I am popping into the feed this afternoon to ask you for a favor.

At this point, of course, you already know that I've regained ownership of practical stoicism,

that I've purchased it back, and that I've given notice at my job in order to commit full time to my philosophy work,

which includes this podcast, of course, but also practicing stooicism, which is another podcast, a new one,

the Stoic Brecky newsletter, various papers, books, social media content, courses, basically all the

things that I do. Now, in order to make this risk I'm taking a success, I need to know a lot more

about you. I need to understand things like

where you're from, what you do for a living, what your interests are, things like that.

Without a good sample size of that information, I can't market the show well, or sell any products

that I would create well, or indeed design those products, like courses,

for example, with you in mind. And I need you to fill this out because I don't collect data

without asking. So I truly know nothing about my audience other than where in the world in general

they listen from. So for example, I know that there are roughly 4,000 of you in upstate New York

and another 300 of you in Amarillo, Texas, and for some reason, 17 of you in Madagascar, and 130 on the island of Crete, believe it or not.

But like I said, I don't know anything more than that. So I've created a survey, and I'm hoping for a thousand of you at least to respond to it,

because that's a good sample size of data, and it will help me to understand who it is I'm serving with what I do,

which will, in turn, help me to design free content and paid products and services that you will actually care about

and which will actually be of use to you.
