Steve Mathis is here, 250 class. The vacuum that is created by Hayden Deegan, there will be a new champion this year.

get the words out. Deegs moving to the 450s is so exciting that I think most people have forgotten.

Oh yeah, Deegs will also not be in the 250s. Something crazy is going to have to happen there.

This is wild. We've seen it happen before in this class. It's usually not as wide open as it

seems. Someone usually takes control, but JT. This is pretty wild. It's the best thing that could

happen to both classes. Truly it is. Hayden moving up is the best thing that happened to pro

motorcross this summer because it opens the 250 class completely.

It's wide open. Now I have a favorite, which we'll get to. But I think most people are kind of wondering like, what, what's going to happen here? Who's going to take the reins? Who's going to do the winning? Because there is a vacuum at the top. There's a void left by the absence of Hayden Deegan that needs to be filled. And him moving to the 450 class,

which, you know, is on the 450 show. It has added so much intrigue to all of this. So thank you,

Hayden Deegan, for deciding to move up when you did because I think it is the story of the

summer for both classes. Steve, it's not just that Deegan's not there from a hogging up all the

wins standpoint. But Deegan, I don't know if you know this, is known to try to get in the head of his competitors. He's done this a time or two. So I'm also wondering, Steve, if we're going to see certain riders benefit more from just not having to deal with his antics because some really don't do well in that environment.

You think so? They're guys that are going to step up more just because he's not trash talking them. I don't know, Ege, if I'm there yet, I don't know how much that was really working on these people or affecting them. Maybe it was a little bit, but no, I mean, I know he'd like to do it, but did it affect the on-track results? selected Deegs.

So yeah, this is going to be a really cool class all summer long because there is a chance, too that this Cole Davies kid, I don't think they're it.
