Shannon the dude. One of those days where I'm already thinking about lunch, Shannon. I don't know about

you. I don't know how much breakfast you get in, but I'm already starving and thinking about where

I'm going to go to eat. So you have any suggestions? Do you have anything where I should do?

What's your lunch plans today? I think I'm actually going to meet my mother later on and grab some lunch. Oh. Yeah. So, yeah, I don't know. If there's like somebody out there that maybe wants to be a sponsor of the pre-show, we'll be talked into the places we go to lunch every day. Yeah, yeah, that's right. Yes. There's got to be someplace out there that's like, hey, we'd love to have the pre-show talk about us every day. Good lunch spot. Look, I can be convinced. Well, look, Logan's already saw us in some matching dress shirts, which I posted a photo of yesterday. So I don't know.

Maybe we got to find something halfway. I know you're going to complain if it's somewhere in Lexington and you've got to drive up. So we'll find something in Winchester or something like that where we can go eat. But excited to be with you today, dude. Today we will have Mark Pope in studio joining us on KSR. so we can ask them all the pressing questions like, you know,

how was your first time fishing with that Kentucky recruit not too long ago? Or was that photo of you on the beach reel? Are you going to confront him about bringing back checkerboard uniforms or anything like that today, dude? Or what's, I don't know what of your thoughts on the interview today today? He hasn't brought back checkerboard uniforms, has he? Is that something I missed? No. No, but you famously asked Mitch Barnhart that. Well, yeah. I mean, I don't know. If he wants me to bring up something, I will. Usually I don't get a question in. You know how these interviews work, Matt, hogs all the questions, and we just sit here and kind of listen like everybody else. So I'm sure that's what will happen. But yeah, always good to have the coaches on and looking forward to hearing what Mark Pope has to say about this team. I just don't want too much coach talk. I don't want to hear Trent Noah hits 196 out of 2003s in practice. And we heard that last year.

I don't know. I don't know if I can believe that again. I need to see that for myself. Oh, Trent Noah is coming up today. You just get ready for that conversation. Like all-time practice team. Trent Noah. Like all-American practice guy. Yeah. He really is. Yeah. But I'm pulling for Trent to have a big season, though. Yeah, I am too.

But there's also, you know, a lot of questions.

Hopefully he can talk about maybe some of the recruiting processes that happened over the offseason.

Like I think recently he mentioned that one recruiting trip only lasted like three hours on campus.

And it's like, you know, I guess that's something where you just, you're not on the same wavelength of somebody and you know where this is headed. And so hopefully Mark shares some of those stories today. He's always good at talking with the fan base and he will join Matt later today. I think I got to go pick him up from the lobby around 1015 today. Dude, so I got a collar shirt on and pants. We're ready to go. We're making, you know, GM Billy's here ready to go in the studio today. You're going to be like the security guard going in there to tell him he's ready to come on the show. That's right. You need a bottle of water. How do you take your coffee? Yeah, yeah, exactly. Just making sure he's comfortable and ready to go.

Shannon, do you have any more journey tickets that we can give away today? Because I did enjoy our game yesterday with all the questions. I do, but, you know, those tickets are intended to be given away on QMF, so that's where I'm going to actually give them away later this afternoon. So Billy, if you want to try to win the QMF journey tickets, you can listen starting at 3 o'clock this afternoon. And I think I'll probably give those away in the 5 o'clock hour. So, yeah. Listen to this. I mean, you do have a morning show you could give those away on. Got a lot of shows. I get it. Horting your tickets for your afternoon show. That's what they're actually intended for. Like, I called an audible yesterday and said, I'm giving away the tickets on the pre-show. Then we did that contest where I said, look, if you want tickets, here's how we're going to give those away. You've got to have the most interesting question. And then we had about 12 callers, and none of them had an interesting question. Not one. So one so I really really we should have taken the journey tickets and given them to somebody else because
