Welcome back to the PFF NFL show Trevor Sykima, Dalton Washman, here with you guys to recap all of the craziness that was a holiday edition of Week 17.

Dalton, Christmas Day feels like forever ago at this point with how many NFL games and honestly just how many sporting events I feel like we've seen over the last four or five days.

Those Christmas Day games feel like they are so far in the distant past, but they were all

part of week 17 here, which gave us a much clearer playoff picture.

We know a lot more of the teams that are going to be in.

We know what's on the line for week 18, the final week of the regular season.

We even have a new number one team at the top of the 26 NFL draft. How you doing, my friend? How is your holiday first and foremost? Fantastic. Nice and warm down in Florida, hanging out down in Clearwater, Tampa all around there, about 75 degrees down there. And then I come back up to Cincinnati and walking in here, it felt like the wind chill was about 10 degrees here. So certainly trying to get readjusted again to the cold weather up here, but always good down there. And as you know, as we do on Christmas, Trevor, we just ate absolutely everything, man. So I feel like, I feel about 10 pounds heavier, but we feel pretty good. That's the sign of a great holiday.

And we are what social media is calling in the void right now of the time between Christmas and

New Year. Nobody knows what day it is. Nobody's got a strict diet or exercise plan that they're

sticking to. Nobody knows whether they're working or not. Well, we're telling you guys that whether you're working or not, we're sitting here working.

We're going to get you ready for week 18 as we give you the top five graded players for every single team and every single game that we saw in week 17. And a lot of the major takeaways as well. Some of these games didn't exactly have playoff implications on the line, but the NFL draft order changed a good amount.

So we'll dip into that world.

We'll take a look at that.

We'll go back and forth to some of the Saturday and the Christmas Day games and all that good stuff. But we have to start with Sunday night football. What felt like one of the best games of the year, not just the week, not just the holiday season of the year

between the Chicago Bears and the San Francisco 49ers. Final score in this one was 42 to 38.

Offense, often, defense.

Not so much, but I'm going to sit here and look at a half-glass,

or a glass half-full approach and just marvel at two of the best

offensive play callers that we had in the game in Ben Johnson and Kyle Shanahan cooking it up.

So look at the top five great players for the San Francisco 49ers as the winners here of this game. Luke Farrell, their tight end at the very top of the list with the 91.8. Jake Tonges, their other tight end, not George Kittle, who was not playing in this game. The tight ends definitely showed up. He had an 86.7. Eddresher Keon White with an 82.4.4. Offensive guard, Spencer Bruford, with a 81.5. Running back, Chris McCaffrey, an 81.1. Brock Purdy in this game in 81.9. Definitely have to break down his game a little bit further. Offensive tackle Darnell Wright on Chicago side of things, he was their top-graded player with a 90.7. C.J. Gardner Johnson in 87.8. Wide receiver Luther Burton in 85.1. Looks like he avoided a major long-term injury on that last play of the game, which is great to see. I'm not sure if he'll be playing in Week 18, but we know that this team's in the playoffs, and we know from the game playing last night, they'll definitely need him once they get into the postseason. Tideon Colson-Levelin to 768, running back DeAndre Swift to 74.3 and then Caleb Williams in this game, he's 71.8. Dahl, what was your staff that told the story here for this one?
