I feel like winter does a really interesting thing

where we are specifically.

It shows up for, would you say,

a week or two at a time, usually?

And it'll snow, and the roads are terrible,

and everyone stays home,

and the schools are going to close,

and no one can get through.

We're not getting mail.

Nothing's happening.

And then after a week, maybe two weeks for a long stretch, it'll go, oh, that was nice.

And it will all melt away.
