Summary

In episode 430 astrologers Chris Brennan and Austin Coppock discuss the year ahead astrology forecast for 2024! Some of the highlights of this year include Pluto moving into Aquarius for the next 20 years, the Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Pisces coming within 10 degrees, and Jupiter conjoining Uranus in Taurus. Jupiter will also move into Gemini where it will trine Pluto in Aquarius, there will be eclipses in Aries, Libra, and Pisces, Uranus will form a close trine with Pluto, two comets will appear in the sky, and Mars will go retrograde in Cancer and Leo. We spend the first two and a half hours giving a big picture overview of all of the major planetary alignments and trends in 2024, and then we transition into giving a more granular month by month breakdown of the astrology of the next year. As we wrap up, we ponder the historical significance of the decade and the astrological markers that suggest we're at the cusp of a new era. 0:14.0	It is going very well. I'm very excited about this forecast.
0:17.0	We have a big year ahead of us.
0:19.0	So let me give people a little overview
0:22.0	what we're going to be doing in this episode.
0:24.0	So in the first half, we're going to do a broad overview of the main planetary alignments and themes this year,
0:30.0	basically for the first two hours of this episode.
0:34.0	Then in the third hour, we're going to go into a more detailed breakdown of each month of the year
0:40.0	to give you an idea of the sequence and when each thing will take place that we're going to talk about in the first part.
0:45.6	First I want to give people an overview of some of the things we're going to be talking about.
0:48.8	Just to give you a preview of what we're going to be discussing during the course of this episode.
0:54.4	So here are the major astrological alignments that are going to take place in 2024.
1:00.0	So the biggest and one of the most consequential ones is that Pluto is going to move into Aquarius for good where it's going to transit for the next 20 years, which is a huge shift.
1:11.0	At the same time, we have a major outer planet alignment of Uranus trine Pluto that's coming into
1:17.8	very close orb and will get just two degrees from going exact this year and that will intensify over the course of the rest of the decade.
1:26.8	Additionally, Saturn is going to be getting very close to a conjunction with Neptune in Pisces this year coming within 10 degrees of an exact
1:35.4	conjunction so that we're getting very close to that alignment which then will go
1:39.9	exact over the course of the next two to three years as well.
1:43.0	One of the most positive and interesting aspects of this year is that Jupiter is going to
1:47.8	conjoin the planet Uranus in the sign of Taurus, and that's going to take place
