Wist. Hello, Ellison. Hey, Sarah. Oh my goodness. I just

have to say that I came downstairs to the recording studio and I thought, what a great job I have.

That I get to talk to my beloved Ellison for about an hour about books. Yeah, yeah. If there's chocolate involved, that would make it great.

But otherwise, that's the crem de la crem.

I think it, regardless of whether there's chocolate or not, this is living.

So I'm so glad to be talking with you.

So, but before we get to books, you are coming to us from a new location.

Yes, yes.

Yeah, we sold the family home about, I guess it was about six weeks ago.

Yeah, we sold it and found a place less than a mile and a half down the road. That's one story.

You know, three bedrooms to bath. Perfect layout, except for one thing. It does not have any

built-in bookshelves. Oh, oh, deal breaker. Deal breaker. Yeah, it almost was. It almost was until we

walked into the master bedroom and we bought it from the owner.

And the owner was showing us this, you know, huge closet, which, you know, Carl and I are having no trouble sharing, but she had it just spilled to the brink.

And then she gestured to this other closet to the side that looked like just one of those, you know, sort of old-fashioned,

you know, back closet.

And she opened it up, and it's like a 10 by 10 room with, you know, wiring and a fan

and light.

And she goes, yeah, the guy that built this turned this into his office.

And I immediately was thinking,
